On September 6, 2013, the company was officially established with a registered capital of 3 million yuan and its registered address: Room 101, Room 1, Building 6, Dinghao Plaza, Jinan High-tech Zone, with 15 employees;

On September 17, 2013, the company set up a Beijing Branch with a registered capital of 5 million yuan. The registered address is 056, 4 floors, D Block, 24 Building, 68 Beiqing Road, Haidian District, Beijing.

On September 17, 2013, Beijing Branch set up spare parts warehouse. 

In May 2014, the registered capital of the head office increased from 3 million to 10 million.

In July 2015, the registered capital of the head office increased from 10 million to 20 million; the address of the company was changed from Room 101, Building 6, Dinghao Square, Jinan High-tech Zone to Room 1-417, Office Building 2269, Pioneer Road, Jinan High-tech Zone, Shandong Province. 

In December 2016, the head office acquired three-level qualification of information system integration and service.

On December 31, 2017, the company acquired 16 software copyrights.
