I. Service content

Our project management personnel will provide project service by combining their experience and actual demands of clients within the contractual period.

• Participate in developing detailed schedules of service works;

• Manage documents' formulation based on service of implementation plans;

• Plan and organize kick-off meeting, periodic communication meetings and summation meeting;

• Efficient and reasonable resource allocation and management;

• Provide service report.

II. Service characteristics

1. Project managers have got PMP certification or the project qualification certificate issued by the Ministry of Information Industry;

2. Get rich project management experience by years of integration and service, and be able to carry out any projects whatever their scale is and how different they are;

3. As a general leader, the project manager will be in charge of the integrated works of the project. Monitor service quality to ensure a smooth and high-quality accomplishment of projects;

4. The project will uniformly allocate workers and equipment resource in the most efficient way
