I. Service overview

The field service of our company includes installation and configuration, patrol check, on-duty and other related operation and maintenance service, implemented by field engineers, as well as other works that need cooperation. Clients can choose engineers corresponding to their demands, and specific works of our engineers can be arranged by clients, and our company will coordinate related engineers to support, but their services are limited within scope of their skills.

II. Service characteristics

1. Engineers work at users' field, which can ensure they timely response to service demands in the shortest time;

2. Rich operation and maintenance experience of IT, with supporting software and hardware to resolve problems of cross-system and cross-platform;

3. Our implementation procedure is based on the international standard of ISO9001 and ISO20000;

4. Service network covering the whole country.

III. Commitment

Field engineers should work at clients' sites, comply with work and rest time of clients and be responsible for and cooperate to complete related service contents;

Provide corresponding service reports in a specified time according to specific demands: Include site service reports and summary reports of regular service.
